Friday Friday Friday...

Hey there pals!

This week has flown by (it always does that when those holidays sneak up on you ;)

Hope that you all have had the chance to enjoy the loveliness that has been this summer weather. This nice dry heat this week has left me craving the beach... and popsicles... and water balloon fights :)

I wanted to take this opportunity to feature a few of my favorite new greeting cards that we have in the shop. Samantha and Whitney were spot on at the Stationery Show a few months back - they snatched us some pretty incredible goods - and I am forever thankful :) You all should be too. Check out these suckers...

From Yellow Owl Workshop, based out of good ole' San Fran, CA... these fun new correspondence sets, individual greeting cards, and boxed note sets were just the perfect addition to our spread. I love the packaging on the nautical boxed notes. And how sweet are the correspondence sets for a little birthday gift or pick-me-up for a friend who you know loves sending snail mail?! Yellow Owl uses non-toxic water based inks for all of their screen printing, and 100% PCW paper ... and the biz is owned by a lovely lovey team of two, Christine and Even. Aren't they fun?!

And I mean... how could you blame us for being over the moon about Power & Light Letterpress. These cards are quirky and strike the perfect pitch (if you ask me :) Based out of Portland, Oregon, the ever fabulous designer and printer Kyle Durrie (genius behind P&L) grew her skill and talent in our neighboring state of Maine. She has traveled coast to coast to get to where she is now and we love her all the more for it (almost as much as we love beards)!

Fun stuff - don't you think?!

Well I'm off - have to get some gorgeous letterpress wedding invitations assembled and in the mail. Thanks for letting me share, and hope to see some of you snail mail enthusiasts in to grab up new goods soon!

Happy Friday!!
Lizzy XO
